About Us
The Los Rios Colleges Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that raises resources to transform the lives of students and enhance the vitality of our region. We also provide critical support to our four colleges that is not otherwise available through government and tax sources.
The Foundation is an auxiliary organization to the Los Rios Community College District and supports students, faculty, and programs at the four main Los Rios colleges: American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake, and Sacramento City, along with our six regional educational centers. Our district serves over 60,000 students a year and is the second largest community college district in California.
